Our story
Alpenglow Aesthetique was born out of a dream and desire that needed to be filled.
A native of the Snoqualmie Valley.
Erika Peschel is the founder and lead practitioner of Alpenglow Aesthetique, a medical spa boutique on Snoqualmie Ridge. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate Degree in Nursing Practice from Washington State University. A native of the Snoqualmie Valley, she grew up in North Bend, where she has recently moved back to raise her family at the base of beautiful Mount Si.
With over 17 years of medical experience encompassing Aesthetic Medicine, Burn Trauma, Plastic Surgery, IV Team and PICC nursing, Veteran Care, Medical, Surgical, and Psychiatric Care, Family Medicine, Women's Health, and Maternity Care — she has dedicated her passion to transcendent aesthetic care and wellness. Erika is deeply patient-centric and feels that her patients become her family and friends, and she's grateful when they continue choosing her for their treatments.
A whisper in the wind, made real.
Too often we have dreams and desires that are simply that, and they drift away like a whisper in the wind. I myself have had many dreams that never came to fruition, and opening my own clinic was a dream I thought would most likely be that whisper in the wind. However, loss of a loved one can hit you like a ton of bricks and kick your butt into gear — to help you see that if you don't make those hopes and dreams come true, you might run out of time before you ever got the chance.
Some people may look at my website and think, "Alpenglow" — what does a reddish pink glow on a mountain have to do with a medspa or IV therapy? I would tell them that an Alpenglow represents beauty and peace. When I see that beautiful glow on the rock face of Mount Si, I feel at peace and I just gaze in awe at nature's beauty. Therefore, how fitting to name the clinic of my hopes and dreams after that very feeling.
I want my patients to come and put their trust in me, because I will always have their best interest at hand. I want to give people peace in their appearance, peace in their wellness journey. I believe the treatments I have chosen for my very special clinic will give people that peace they are looking for.

Meet the team
Jenna Bluett — Master Esthetician
With six years of experience in the beauty industry, Jenna's journey began as a receptionist in local hair salons, where she developed a deep passion for helping people feel their best. After earning her esthetician license, she completed the Master Esthetician program at the Washington Laser Institute, training under a physician to master advanced skin and laser treatments. Her goal is to give each client personalized care so they leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and confident in their skin.
Nichole Spears — Aesthetic Care Coordinator
Nichole is one of the bright, shining faces you'll see as you walk through the front door of Alpenglow Aesthetique. She's there to help guide you through your visit, before and after, with ease. Outside of work, Nichole is a mother to three, a wife, and a business entrepreneur herself.
Janine Soltman — Aesthetic Care Coordinator
Janine is another one of our brilliant clinic staff you'll see as you walk into Alpenglow Aesthetique. She's very patient-focused and loves finding how she can best guide patients through the aesthetic space. A local valley mother of two, wife, and entrepreneur — she owns a photography business — Janine also enjoys a great book and good conversation.
Sara Lentgis — Social Media Coordinator
With over 16 years of experience in sales and marketing, Sara recently shifted gears to spend more quality time with her son and family, stepping back from the corporate grind. She's passionate about the Snoqualmie Valley, and her goal is to help the wonderful people here find the perfect provider for their needs. When she's not helping others feel their best, Sara enjoys gardening, raising chickens, and soaking in everything the PNW outdoors has to offer.
